Terms & Conditions

Deposit & Payments:

A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking on your confirmed date & time. The remainder of the total is due 14 days prior to your booking. In the event of cancellation less than 14 days prior to your booking the 50% deposit will be forfeited.

Weather Conditions:

In the event of extreme or wet weather Tables 2 You holds the right to cancel due to the risk of damage to the products for hire if no indoor or wet weather option is available. Tables 2 You takes no responsibility for the deterioration of the set up in extreme heat/winds where no shade and or cover has been arranged by the hirer.

Assumption of Responsibility:

I, the hirer, acknowledge that I am fully responsible for the safety and wellbeing of myself, my guests, and any third parties present at the event. I will take all necessary precautions to ensure their safety throughout the duration of the event.

Release of Liability:

I, the hirer, hereby release Tables 2 You, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, damages, losses, claims that may arise during the hire period. Tables 2 You will not be held accountable for any tampering or misuse once the employee has secured the equipment and props and left the event space.

Damage and Loss:**

I, the hirer, understand that I will be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of property belonging to Tables 2 You, whether caused by me, my guests, or any third parties present at the event. I agree to promptly reimburse Tables 2 You for any necessary repairs or replacements.

** Cost to be determined by Tables 2 You to the amount totalling repair or replacement.
